Homemade SMores Hot Cocoa

Sprinkle in the taste of turbinado sugar and you'll be asking for S'More.

  • Makes: 1 serving (250mL)
¼ cup (50mL) cocoa
2 tbsp (30mL) Sugar In The Raw® Natural Turbinado Sugar
1 cup (250mL) milk, divided
¼ cup (50mL) whipped cream
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) natural peppermint extract
Fresh mint for garnish, optional
1 Combine sugar, cocoa and ¼ cup (50mL) milk in small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until smooth.
2Add remaining milk and stir until heated through. Pour into mug and top with marshmallow and gram cracker. Serve.
