Mexican Cinnamon Coffee

With a dash of natural raw sugar, this cinnamon drink is muy bueno.

  • Makes: ¾ cup (175mL)
4 cups (1L) water
1 tsp (5mL) ground cinnamon
2 tsp (5mL) ground cardamom
½ tsp (2mL) ground ginger
½ tsp (2mL) ground nutmeg
½ tsp (5mL) ground cloves
2 cups (500mL) skim milk
¼ cup (50mL) Stevia In The Raw® Baker’s Bag

1Combine coffee and sugar in mug. Stir with cinnamon stick and top with whipped cream.
